Watson is a black lab neutered and microchipped also did have a collar on with tags. He was boarded in Rosharon so his parents could go out of the country so if anyone has him they can’t receive phone calls while out of the country. So please call numbers on the ads on Facebook or on the pet finder apps. Thank you
