Sammy has a small head that looks like a Chihuahua. Big eyes, his right one has part of an eyelid that never removed itself at birth. He has a black scar on the right hand side above his eye where he was in an accident he’s not as small as a Chihuahua, and he’s overweight weighs about 21 pounds.
