Do not send money to someone claiming to need money to ship your pet to you; this is a common scam. Always meet the the person who is claiming to have your dog in a public place. If you run into any difficulties with the person claiming to have found your dog contact the local authorities to help resolve the situation.

PLEASE HELP ME FIND HIM!! I have not seen him since 2016 but I am hoping he is still out there... He was stolen by the people who found him near San Marcos, CA. A lady named Jean Mohr stated they were willing to give him back but secretly she was sending emails to humane society stating they were going to keep him, get him neutered and licensed on the day she had arranged to call me back to schedule a day where she was going to hand him over. The lady's daughter later called to say my dog escaped and he ran away and they could not catch him but that's a LIE. Since, they were able to catch their other dog who escaped with mine and in their report they made with animal control , it contained fabricated details. My dog had a higher chance of being killed in the freeway than ending up at their home.Spread the Word
