Dog's Description
Loose white pitbull mix with blood on ear. It's 11:45 on Sunday the 2nd and I just passed a lone pitbull mix in the 21st Street alley just west of Friendly Street. I had my own dog with me, so I could not take a risk of approaching it. Then I noticed some blood around its ear. It was a mild mannered dog (or perhaps it was in shock or bewildered) and did not follow us. I think it headed west. I believe it was wearing a collar. Gender unknown. It was slim, perhaps 55 pounds, and mostly white with some black or brown spots. To be clear, I do not have this dog in my possession, but thought the owner would want to know where it was seen.
