To avoid being a victim of a scam we recommend that you do not send money to anyone claiming to have your dog. Always insist that your pet is returned to you before any reward is paid. Do not send money to someone claiming to need money to ship your pet to you; this is a common scam. Always meet the the person who is claiming to have your dog in a public place. If you run into any difficulties with the person claiming to have found your dog contact the local authorities to help resolve the situation.

Please spread the word so we can find this pet's family! FOUND on December 19, 2023 at Gainesville High School. Description: Gray and white female puppy. She is a pittie or pittie mix (around 20 lbs ish) with a white stripe down her face, a white stripe from the top of her head to the top of her back, white front paws, and gray back paws. I am guesstimating that she is a couple months old. No collar or tag and not chipped. She seems to be in pretty good health. She is safe and sound; she is bathed, fed, and warm. Need to find her owner or a loving home ASAP. She has not taken to our two male dogs so unfortunately we cannot keep her. She is super sweet with all people. Very friendly and extremely cuddly. She seems to be housebroken. The shelter is full and is not accepting strays until June. The Humane Society can’t take her. Contact me for more info. Thank you!!!!Spread the Word
